Kick Germany out of Africa. Funnel infantry to Russia. Tighten the noose on Germany when and where possible, mainly from Karelia down into Eastern Europe.

Never stop the infantry pipeline either into Africa if Germany has a good strategy there, but hopefully Africa will soon be yours and you can focus on Karelia exclusively.

Upwards of 8 infantry a turn should be very quickly flowing into Karelia, via a transport fleet guarded by a carrier.

Along with air power and the occasional tank (these should only be very occasional), those stacks of infantry will eventually fuel the first massive offensive operation against Eastern Europe, as the march to Berlin begins.
